Synaco Global Recruitment are looking for reliable Entry Level Sample Preparation Assistants to join a busy team located at Wingfield. No experience needed as full training provided; all you need is an excellent work ethic, a can-do attitude and available to commit to a rotating shift over a 2 week roster!!
Your duties to prepare mining samples for testing will include:
- Sorting and weighing, requiring manual handling
- Lifting sample bags
- Crushing and milling of rock, sand or core using specialised equipment
The right candidate will obtain:
- Ability to follow set procedures with good attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to carry out manual tasks
- Ability to sort in numerical order – must be able to count
- High work ethic, reliability and keen to work
- High regard to safety awareness
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
- An enthusiastic attitude
The perks:
- Rotating shifts over 2 week roster – (must be available to work all shifts)
- $26.20 p/h Day Shift 7am-3pm
- $30.13 p/h Afternoon Shift 3pm-11pm
- $31.44 p/h Night Shift 11pm-7am
